Mason jar grain bowl
I’m back with another mason jar situation. This time I’ve made a grain bowl.
The truth is, this is really just an idea more than an actual recipe. Just use ingredients you love and layer it up!!

THE STUFF:
Here’s what was in my mason jar grain bowl:
balsamic vinaigrette
farro
jarred marinated artichoke hearts
roasted sweet potatoes
roasted parsnips
shredded chicken
tomatoes, halved
kalamata olives, halved
feta cheese, crumbled
spinach
THE HOW-TO:
Dressing in the bottom and layer it up!
farro: cook according to package instructions. I put about 3/4 cup in each jar.
roasted veggies: peeled, cubed, tossed with EVOO and S+P and roasted in a 425°F oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
