Peach & burrata salad

When peaches are in season, you just don’t need to do much to make them shine. A simple salad of peaches, burrata and basil is the perfect summer accompaniment to anything you are grilling.

THE DISH:

peach, burrata & basil salad | serves 4 - 6


THE STUFF:

  • 3 peaches, sliced

  • 1 large ball burrata, drained and at room temperature

  • EVOO

  • Champagne vinegar

  • Kosher S+P

  • Fresh basil, chopped


THE HOW-TO:

Arrange the peaches on a platter. Tear the burrata and scatter it all over the burrata. Drizzle with EVOO and Champagne vinegar, to taste. Season with S+P and garnish with basil. Serve at once.
